Where can I watch Transform Program?

You can access Transform Program online via any web browser via https://transform.bohobeautiful.tv or through www.bohobeautiful.tv/transform , both are the same! Also via your iOS or Android devices. Search for 'Transform Program by Boho Beautiful' in the Apple Store or Google Play Store to download, and then log in with your account login and password provided in your ‘Welcome Email’.

How do I download a video?

To download a video, click the download button underneath the video.

How Do I Download The Program Guide & Extra Materials?

To download the program guide or any extra materials, click the download tab underneath each video player. This includes the program guides, soundtracks etc.

If I have more than one Boho Beautiful program, can I use the same password and login for all of them?

Yes. To accomplish this you must first access your account via the ‘Welcome Email’ that was sent to you upon the purchase of EACH specific program and use the auto generated password to enter you account. Then once inside your account you can change your login credentials to whatever you would like. However, please note that each program is created as an individual app, meaning you will have to access every program through its specific login page with your user name & password. But again, you can set it so that it is the same username and password for each program you own.

Should I practice the yoga videos if I am injured, have medical conditions, or am pregnant?

If you have past or present injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please check with your registered physician before beginning any exercise or yoga practice. No matter what your experience is, remember to always listen to your body.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid.

STREAMING/PLAYBACK QUESTIONS

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site. To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser. To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. One of two ways.
  1. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
  2. If you have a smart tv with a web browser you can go to https://transform.bohobeautiful.tv and log in directly there.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

How do I create a favorites list?

To add a video to your Favorites list, click on the heart underneath the video. To remove a video from your Favorites, play the video and click the heart again.
